The Problem

DevOps and SRE teams suffer from extreme alert fatigue. They spend hours every week resolving repetitive low-level alerts (disk space full, pod OOM killed, standard DB failovers) that distract from core engineering.

The Solution

AutoOps integrates directly with Jira, PagerDuty, and AWS/GCP. When an alert triggers, the AI agent uses RAG on past runbooks to diagnose the issue, safely executes read-only CLI commands to verify, and proposes a fix. If confidence is high, it can auto-execute the remediation and close the ticket.
